For Athletes
The person behind the performance
Performance is never only physical.
Sport can bring purpose, joy and a strong sense of identity — but it can also involve pressure, expectations, uncertainty and setbacks.
I work with athletes and sportspeople who want to understand and strengthen the psychological side of their sport. Together, we can explore what happens when you train, compete, experience pressure or setbacks — and understand the thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns that influence both performance and wellbeing.
My approach combines my academic background in sports science and psychology, experience working with athletes, and my own longstanding engagement in sport.
The goal is not simply to perform better, but to understand what helps you perform and thrive within your sport.
